Goodman Brokers is a licensed real estate agency in Thailand operating as an independent investment advisor focused on property acquisition and strategy. Our approach is straight forward. We do not operate as traditional Real Estate Agency. We evaluate, structure, and execute real estate investments based on risk, return, and long-term value.

We support clients from end to end, beginning with defining an investment strategy and selecting assets, and continuing with performance monitoring after acquisition. With more than 24 years of on the ground experience in Phuket, our expertise is built through direct involvement in development, operations, and legal infrastructure, not only Real estate activity. Our journey began with the development of Friendship Beach Resort, a boutique project on the southern coast of Phuket. This was followed by the establishment of a legal practice under the leadership of Khun Pipat Ruangrongpunya, which strengthened our understanding of Thai property law and transaction structuring. We later developed Selina Serenity Resort and launched the Atmanjai Wellness Center. These projects provided deeper insight into both the operational and investment sides of the market. Through these ventures, we gained a comprehensive understanding of how the Thai real estate market functions commercially, structurally, and legally. This experience became the foundation of Goodman Brokers.
